1. Subject of the Contract

The subject of the contract is the temporary provision of a motor vehicle for your use in return for payment.

2. Contract Formation / Booking

• Bookings are made online via our website or by phone.
• The contract is formed upon our confirmation (email/written).
• Required information: name, driving licence details, payment information, and desired hire period.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices include statutory VAT.
• Payment by credit card, PayPal, or as indicated on the booking page.
• In case of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel.

4. Cancellation and Withdrawal

Cancellation and withdrawal conditions are defined by the rate. By default:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the hire (unless stated otherwise in the rate).
• For later cancellations, charges may apply.

5. Vehicle Collection and Return

• The vehicle is provided clean and with the agreed fuel level.
• For late returns, we charge overtime fees.
• Any damage must be reported immediately.

6. Obligations of the Hirer

• The hirer must use the vehicle with care and in compliance with traffic regulations.
• Only registered and authorised drivers may operate the vehicle.
• The hirer is liable for damage caused by the driver insofar as it is not covered by insurance.

7. Insurance and Excess

Our vehicles are insured for third‑party liability and comprehensive cover. The agreed excess is specified in the booked rate.

8. Damage, Accidents and Reporting

• In the event of an accident or damage: contact our 24/7 support immediately.
• An accident description, photos and, where necessary, a police report are required.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Lessor’s liability is limited — to the extent permitted by law — to intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the Lessor is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

10. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, official measures), we are entitled to temporarily suspend services or withdraw from the contract.

11. Data Protection

Notes on data processing can be found in our Privacy Policy. We process personal data to perform the contract and comply with legal obligations.

12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to adapt these terms and conditions in the event of changes in the legal situation or business operations. Changes will be published on the website in good time.

13. Ley Aplicable y Jurisdicción

Aplica la ley inglesa. Si el cliente es un comerciante, la jurisdicción es nuestra oficina comercial.
